My name is José Pereira Torrejón, the founder and 'driving force' behind 'Rust & Steel Photography.' I keep myself busy with all sorts of creative disciplines, including miniatures, photography & photo editing, comics, illustrations, painting, graphic design, fictional character creation & development, poetry, and story telling.
Photography to me is not about 'capturing reality', but to go deeper, trying to unveil the 'soul' of things. Taking a picture is like using a paint brush, creating new 'realities' just by approaching things from different angles. No two pictures are ever the same, just like not two moments are the same. That's the magic and beauty of life.
